TulipFrame receives photography requests from clients — many of them visitors to Amsterdam and the Netherlands — and matches each one with a single suitable photographer. Approved photographers get a profile, receive only requests that fit their cities and specialties, and set their own prices. Applying is free; terms are explained before you commit.

Why join
Clients come to TulipFrame with a date, a city and a kind of shoot already in mind — many of them visitors planning a proposal, a couple session or family photos during a trip. We match each request with one photographer, so you are not competing in a list of fifty.

How leads work
A request arrives with the shoot type, place, date, group size, preferred duration and budget. If it fits your work and calendar, we introduce you with the details; you confirm availability and the client receives a quote. You are never sent requests outside the specialties and cities you choose.

How you get discovered
Approved photographers get a profile in the marketplace and appear on the pages for their city, their specialties and the locations they know well — the pages clients read when they plan a shoot.

Your profile and portfolio
Your profile shows your own work only, credited to you, with your languages, the areas you cover and your own starting prices and packages. We publish it only after you have approved it.

Pricing and terms
You set your own prices. Our commercial terms are shared with every photographer during the application call, before anything is agreed — there is no fee to apply.

Who can apply?
Professional photographers based in the Netherlands with a portfolio of client work in the kind of shoots they apply for. We review every application by hand.
Is there a fee to apply or to be listed?
No. Applying is free. Our commercial terms are explained during the application call, before you decide anything.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You only receive requests that match the cities and specialties you choose, and you can decline any request that does not fit your calendar or style.
Can I keep working with my own clients?
Yes. TulipFrame is an additional source of clients; your own business and bookings stay yours.
How long does the review take?
We reply to every application by email, usually within a week. If your work fits, we schedule a short call to get to know you.
